Profile	Mr. Phillip H. Slaughter is an IBM Certified Managing Consultant and IT
Specialist, most recently on the Sprint/NEXTEL Contract in the AMS Division of

 	Mr. Slaughter managed several successful WebSphere Voice Response/WebSphere
Voice Server Engagements, Contact Center Architecture Assessments, and
participated as a team member on several other assessments. He not only acted as
Project Manager, Technical, and/or Development Lead, but also was successful in
delivering over $2.15 Million in incremental hardware, software, and Professional
Services revenue to IBM in 2003 and 2004. He performed as an expert facilitator
for multiple engagements, gathering requirements and identifying processes and
