Nashville Wilbert Burial Vault Co.
Nashville, TN			1-2007 to 3-2009(part time) / 3-2009 to Present (full time)	
CUSTOMER SERVICE REP.
Delivery and setup of burial vault for internment.  This includes loading truck
insuring all equipment to be used is up to company standards, the correct vault
is delivered, working with cemetery personnel to make sure correct location and
placement of vault.  Set up remaining equipment including tent, chairs, greens
and side curtains for service.  Place casket on lowering device and lower into
vault, seal the cover on vault and lower into the ground for burial.  Other
duties include maintenance on trucks, working on equipment in plant and painting
vaults.  Assist in training new CSR’s to meet company standards.

Taylor Farms Inc.
Smyrna, TN										10/2008 to 3/2009
PRODUCTION MANAGER
Oversee the manufacturing of fresh produce products for major retail and
wholesale food suppliers.  This includes insuring the proper cuts, percentages;
packaging as well as labeling of each container is followed.  Assist warehouse in
locating products for shipment.  Trained employees on proper setup of equipment
and on proper ways to trim the products being made.  Trained employees on first
time quality, safety (member of safety committee) as well as holding them
accountable for meeting these goals.

VML Inc.  (Meguiar’s Contract Plant)

PRODUCTION MANAGER
Oversee the production of Meguiar’s surface care products as well as products
for WD-40.  This includes insuring formulas are correct as well as writing the
manufacturing instructions for the associates to follow.  I have been making
recommendations for equipment changes to aide in easier manufacturing of these
products.  Other responsibilities include reducing waste, safety and first time
Quality.

Oversee the operation for producing Meguiar’s surface care products.  This

From 10-2007 to 12-2007 Moved product from Nashville to VML in Memphis and
emptied plant.

BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER
Oversee the production / packaging operation for making Hot Pockets brand
products. Supervise 7 Team Leaders (supervisors) and 150+ associates. Manage
daily operations including associates, budgets, expenses, machinery operations,
and maintenance needs to meet product-manufacturing goals. Also responsible for
kitchen and dough area for two shifts. Responsible for daily operation of
mechanics (start up of lines, trouble calls and projects).

PRODUCTION / MAINTENANCE TEAM LEADER
During this time worked various shift rotations. Worked closely with other
departments (QA/QC, R&D, Distribution, Procurement etc.) to reduce errors and
insure product quality and inventory. Attend weekly production planning meetings
to insure proper scheduling. Coordinated all testing of finished product with
R&D.
