CUSTOMER SERVICE REP.
Delivery and setup of burial vault for internment. This includes loading truck
insuring all equipment to be used is up to company standards, the correct vault
is delivered, working with cemetery personnel to make sure correct location and
placement of vault. Set up remaining equipment including tent, chairs, greens
and side curtains for service. Place casket on lowering device and lower into
vault, seal the cover on vault and lower into the ground for burial. Other
duties include maintenance on trucks, working on equipment in plant and painting
vaults. Assist in training new CSR’s to meet company standards.
