My experience as an owner of a construction business gives me an edge in Project

required of my teams to deliver quality to my customer has proven invaluable
while transitioning over to the information technology spectrum. I am able to
quickly create project plans and accurate task activity estimates as a result of
over a decade of project management experience. My experience in applying
methodology helps me to understand the importance of enforcing the methodology as
a Project Manager, increasing the likelihood of success. In addition, as a
business owner one is required to have good people skills and communication
skills.

twelve years as the owner of the company, I was responsible for each project in
its entirety. This included budget, planning, scoping, delivery, resource
planning, and ongoing support of the finished product.
