Owned and operated RE appraisal firm in Atlanta GA. Performed 30 + appraisals a
month on homes in the Atlanta Area. This required building a knowledge of the
quality of products that go into a home, assessing value of land based on varying
factors, have a working knowledge of issues that may be present in a home and the
cost involved in curing the issue. After a physical inspection was required to
write a 14-20 page report and give a valuation. This job required strong
customer skills and people skills (dealing with clients), strong organization and
time management skills, and being able to toggle through several different
software programs and internet sites to problem solve. I sold my thriving
business in order to stay at home with my small child for awhile.

NDC/Health Information Services- Customer Service Consultant

I started with NDC through a temp company. I was hired on as a permanent
employee within the alloted temp to perm contract time. Within one year of being
hired, I was promoted to Customer Service Consultant, which was one of the top 4
management positions. My job required me to manage a 15-20 person call center of
employees taking customer service calls from patients from 5 or more hospitals
across the US. We handled over 4 million dollars in receivables from these
hospitals and my group was responsible for collecting the self pay balance. I
was responsible for training for the entire company on the software. We had at
least 5 different software programs to toggle between at any given time. I
orchestrated reconciliation projects, and was responsible for reporting our
numbers only a daily basis.
