Database and Web Site Development, September 1998 – May 2004
Designed and maintained Access 2000 databases. Utilized HTML for pushing data to
the TI web site. Managed a worldwide Lotus/Domino 4.6 database, designing new
functionality, performing technical troubleshooting, and fixing existing bugs.
Continued adding new functionality and releasing new versions of Word templates
as needed. Developed and maintained internal group web site. Developed TI device
block diagrams using Photoshop and other internal tools. Participated in group
developing new XML/DTD-based content management system.
Applications Information Process Manager, June 1997 – September 1998
Designed and maintained Access database to handle TI's Customer Survey Feedback
web submissions. Designed Word templates with custom menu selections and
periodically distributed new versions. Extensive experience formatting and
converting Word documents to PDF and publishing to the web. Created and
maintained an internal home page using Netscape Composer and FrontPage. Converted
Excel spreadsheet for use in Lotus Notes. Managed invoices to internal customers.
Multimedia Development and Web Site Publishing, January 1997 – May 1997
Produced on-site marketing video, utilizing Adobe Premiere for video portions,
and organized video “takes” for editing purposes. Created internal marketing
screensavers. Experience creating animated GIFs for TI Software’s web site, as
well as animated PowerPoint presentations for TI’s latest Component-Based
Development methodology.
Annual Users Group Connect Conference for TI Products, May 1996 and May 1997
Managed production of over sixty PowerPoint presentations and six seminars for
TI’s products at an Annual Users Group Connect Conference. Edited incoming
seminar and presentation materials to ensure adherence to company protocol.

Published Composer software training materials for two TI Client/Server
Development Program version releases. Extensive experience providing conversions
from MAC Persuasion and QuarkXpress to PC MSWord and PowerPoint. Developed
advanced features training handouts of MSWord, PowerPoint, and 35mm slides.

June 1995
Expertise as Computer Operator, Database Administrator, and Site Data Manager by
designing databases, managing SECRET and unclassified material database,
providing technical editing, and operations management of the Computer Resource
Room. Provided DOS, Windows, and Macintosh systems configuration, graphics, and
documentation. Prepared quarterly program reviews for presentations to
Washington, D.C., sponsors. Generated and updated weekly budget reports, lab
hours and program schedules, and authored a project Policies and Procedures
Manual. Utilized DVTools Graphical Software on SUN to create graphical High-Speed
Data Switch (HSDS) network configurations. Utilized Sybase RDBMS on SUN to update
