HRMS is an integrated Human Resource Management System, part of an ERP
(Enterprise Resource Planning) that is designed to handle the human resource
activities for the organization. It provides information about employee data
which starts when applicants apply for job in the institution. HRMS also provides
information about employee data, new hire, applicants, promotion, demotion, leave
or absence, payroll data. The change of certain business rules required
development of new modules to the system. With an employee/applicant ID the
status of activities can be tracked with this application. This system was also
used by the managers to view resumes, select candidate for interviews and also do
the actual hiring.
