Senior Construction Manager/Training Construction Manager/Purchasing Agent. 
Responsible for multiple neighborhood projects, training and supervision of new
hires.  Spent 7 months cross-training as a purchasing agent, responsible for
hiring and contracting new sub-contractors and integrating them into construction
projects.  Member of Pulte Homes Texas Inclusion Council.  This council’s
function was to assist the operations team in utilizing cultural, educational,
ability diversity of employees and integrating this diversity into the Pulte
Culture, with the goal of increased productivity, participation and employee
retention.

Gordon Hartman Homes
October 1998-April 2001
Construction Manager.  Responsible for all aspects of new home construction. 
Worked to increase profitability and decrease construction times in various
assigned subdivisions.  Provided supervision of customer service personnel and
new and assistant construction managers.  Participated in project to create
standardized construction manual.

Scott Felder-Ryland Homes

Construction Manager.  Responsible for all aspects of new construction,
including scheduling, material ordering and takeoffs, material management, hiring
and supervision of subcontractors.  Also worked on temporary project of reviewing
all start packages prior to package releases to verify accuracy of takeoffs and
budgets.

August 1995-August 1996
Transferred to San Antonio to assume Vice President of Construction position. 
Responsible for takeoffs, material management and all construction personnel. 
Maintained quality control and customer satisfaction.  Directly supervised three
construction managers in new project starting 80 units simultaneously.  Reduced
construction time and improved final quality of homes.
