AEM, Dallas, TX	2008 - 2009
Identity Management Sr. Developer
Lead developer in implementing the Hitachi-ID suite of products for multiple
clients. Implemented the Hitachi-ID Suite products P-Synch, ID-Synch, ID-Org,
ID-Access, and ID-Certify. Targets implemented include, AD, Exchange, Lotus
Notes, RSA SecurIDs, SAP, and Custom Applications.
Key Contributions:
- Developed custom scripts to automate provisioning of Active Directory accounts
from SAP feed.
- Developed solution for provisioning RSA SecurID tokens as well as maintaining
token inventory across multiple servers.
- Developed solution for tracking and approval of accounts on remote PoS
system.
- Provided client training manuals.

ACS, Dallas, TX	2001 – 2008
Identity Management Sr. Developer (2005 – Present)
Lead developer in implementing the MTECH (now Hitachi-ID) suite of products.
Worked on multiple targets for multiple clients both internal and external ACS.
Scaled the solutions to support greater than 50,000 personnel both locally and
globally. Targets implemented included, AD, JD Edwards, NT, SAP and Peoplesoft.
Key Contributions:
- Developed solution to satisfy the SOX and HIPPA Corporate initiatives
surrounding audit requirements for its financial systems.
- Clients included ACS and Scotts.
- Attended MTECH (now Hitachi-ID) Training classes in P-Synch and ID-Synch.
- Created and integrated custom scripts to implement both ID-Synch and P-Synch.
- Worked with and mentored other Jr. and Mid-Level IdM programmers.
- Met all financial and time constraints in implementing targets.

Point of Sale (PoS) Developer (2001- 2005)
Lead developer for restaurant POS system and Cognos data warehouse.
Key Contributions:
- Maintained Cognos Data Warehouse with SQL Server packages and procedures as
well as Impromptu Web Reports.
- Key developer on security project to automate the rotation of NT administrator
and key PoS passwords.
- Was part of the outsourcing agreement from MRG to ACS. Adapted to new culture
and produced.  

METROMEDIA RESTAURANT GROUP, Dallas, Texas	1986 – 2001
Point of Sale Developer (1991- 2001)
Key Contributions:
- Key developer on project to customize and roll out Micros PoS system to 300+
locations. 
- Customization included Visual Basic 6.0 applications, Crystal Reports 5.0,
Sybase 5.0 custom procedures and external SQL scripts.
- Started as Help desk Analysts and work my way to PoS developer. Created well
rounded system knowledge that was key in my understanding of the Micros MRG PoS.
- Key team member on project to develop custom PoS product in conjunction with
Aloha Technologies (now Radiant systems).  Roles included specification writer,
quality assurance tester, data development, and pilot support.
