Selected Achievements & Skills
- Led the development and implementation of LEAN inspection system,
significantly reducing labor time, saving the U.S. Navy 1.3 million
dollars in the first year. Able to draft plans, reports, and studies, presenting
thorough and detailed findings in writing and orally.
- Supervised/Managed more than 4,000 man-hours of accident/injury free
construction at multiple project sites in 2008-09. Reportable
injuries and lost man-hours were zero for all jobs. Managed up to 200
technicians in the daily maintenance, inspection, and documentation
for up to nine aircraft.
- Organized and developed new planning for drills and actual emergency response
for military air shows and normal operations. Played key role in the emergency
response and accident investigations, working closely with local and federal
agencies.
- Strong Computer and Software Expertise. In addition to teaching adult computer
software classes, developed two highly effective database tracking systems for
the U.S. Navy, monitoring personnel qualifications, training, and career paths.
