Falcon Jet, Little Rock, AR Duties:
Working in lay-up, manufacturing headliners, window panels, dining tables, toilet
shroud, toilet seats, toe kicks, Frame 25 and Frame 7. Also, do repair work when
asked and work in trim area.
Hawker Beachcraft 08-25-08/09-19-08 Wichita, Kansas
Duties: Worked on Hawker 750 & 900. Installing cabin windows and seal windows.
Assemble cables to chain and install chains to sprockets, install auxiliary
cables through fuselage, install rudder trim cables and run to rudder trim pulley
bracket, install auxiliary cables through rear bay, install controls to fuel cock
and levers, route auxiliary cables through pulley clusters, install head knocker,
install fair leads and rub blocks for cables.

North American Aircraft Services
Duties: Seal hillocks inside fuel tanks and/ or replace brackets on C-17
aircraft for Boeing.
Production/GP12 (Inspection) 05-15-06/02-13-07 VIP (Cadillac Products)
Schertz, TX
Duties: Put slip sheets on Water Shields on hot melt track as parts come down
from knockout tool. Inspect part (hot melt) for contamination, if found take
contamination out and set aside all good parts in groups of 110 for rear left &
right side each and 65 parts of front left & right side each per case, then
forward to the dock. Also, responsible for conducting dock audits which consist
of inspecting every 10th part on each case for good products to be sent to our
customer if bad parts were found we had to do 100% inspection on that case.
Tool Maker 08-15-05 – 05-13-06 Fiber Art Cibolo, TX
Duties: Consisted of laying up 14-plys of fiberglass with resin to make a tool.
After tool cured, I had to construct metal frame by welding metal angles to
tools. Repair tooling using adtec. Production Duties: Building of composite
aircraft components (aircraft showers, aircraft chairs, aircraft headliners) per
blueprints.
Service Consultant: 08-15-04 Bluebonnet Jeep New Braunfels,
TX
Duties: Assist in taking work orders for customers with repairs on vehicles,
customer service relations; make sure that work is properly performed to insure
customer’s satisfaction. Work with warranty department to get customer’s repair
warranted.
Sales/Service Consultant: 07/02 – 08/04 Gillman Imports Austin, TX
Duties: Job required meeting and greeting customers and find there wants and
needs. Do presentation and demonstration, appraise value of trade-ins, run
credit checks, review all necessary information with customer. Finalization of
transaction consisted of processing information into computer, explain service
information, warranty, delivery and contact customer every two months. Assist in
taking work orders for customers with repairs on vehicles, customer service
relations; make sure that work is properly performed to insure customer’s
satisfaction. Work with warranty department to get customer’s repair warranted.
Production Associate: 09/04/01-01/07/02 C-Fan Aerospace San Marcos, TX
Duties: Job required being a team player working in a clean room where the
growth of fan blade for aircraft engines was layed up, to clean and prep assembly
jig, calibrate assembly jig. This was done so that laser projection is inline
when laying up carbon fiber graphite ply’s is in specs. We had gap tolerance
that we were required to maintain. This process consisted of having to lay-up
kits altogether and 3 shifts to get the process done and working together as a
team. Communication between shifts and team leaders was a must. Tools and
chemicals used were bone, scalpel, 6” scale Frekote, D-limonene, KEK, and
alcohol.

RB211-Upper strut assembly, inner annulus assembly, pin nib assembly, extension
assembly, outer duct assembly, sub-assembly, final assembly, crate barrel for
shipment. Clean Room duties: inspect core for defects before proceeding. Clean
assembly jig and lay core to assembly jig line and cut core to line then install
last piece of core and cut to lines then, all three pieces were welded together.
They were sanded down; there were tolerance in which we had to fall in per specs.
The inner skin was installed and welded, and then the whole core was taken out
of the assembly jig where the outer core was exposed where we put the outer skin
and line up and welded. It was inspected and sent to the next operation
(furnace). Q.A. all assemblies before they go on to next stage.V2500 – Upper
strut assembly, inner annulus assembly, pin nib assembly, extension assembly,
outer duct assembly, sub-assembly. Q.A. all assemblies before they go on to next
stage. Pratt & Whitney – Inner Barrel assembly
Property Control: 06/85- 12/90 Gary Job Corp (TEF) San Marcos, TX
Duties: Inventory all equipment throughout the center (Gary Job Corp) and keep
good records. Transferred equipment from one property custodian to another;
performed cyclical inventories; order inventory; performed inventory counts.
Assisted in shipping and receiving; prepared packing slips and received incoming
freight and delivery.
Worked in Self-Service store filling custodian orders, inventoried in-store
items, performed cycle count inventory, order inventory and performed inventory
counts.

Activities and Interests:
San Marcos Optimist Club, Charter Member and on Board of Directors: The purpose
of the Optimist Club is to aid and encourage the development of youth in the
belief that the giving of ones self in service to others will advance the
well-being of humankind, community life and the World. My volunteer work the San
Marcos Optimist Club has helped me develop sales techniques that have enabled me
to convince businesses to sponsor ads in our fundraisers.
