Execute and lead the build and run functions of a global engineering
organization in the promotion and support of network services to 3100 customers
worldwide with annual budget of $240M. In addition, direct the service delivery
of a global network backbone with annual budget of $95M. 1800 FTE organization
includes Digital Media Services, Global Network Transport, Leveraged and
