	JOB DUTIES	

	Administrate hardware, software and network  systems at the airports 

	Provide technical support to users and maintain customer satisfaction.

	 Installing and Monitoring the operation of Airport systems (CUTE, BRS,
FIDS, LDCS and AODB) and ensuring that they are working correctly.

	Monitoring & performing the Corrective Maintenance for sudden faults in
a minimum time.

	Performing the Preventive & periodic Maintenance for the check-in &
Gates workstations (PC's, Servers, ATB's and BTP's, DCP's &BGR's).

	Performing CORE ROOM  Periodic & Preventive Maintenance 

	Solving network problems ( Cisco Switches, Routers, Symbole 
Access Points )   .

	Escalate high level problems related to SITA network to SITA
operators.

	Coordinating with Aswan Central PTT Engineer's if there is a problem at
the leased lines.

	Coordinating with the Airport management for any new installations.

	Managing the equipments & spare parts store - Requesting for spare
parts, tools & consumables used for maintenance operations - .
