Staff Engineer System Test
 Developed and executed System Integration Test (SIT) and System Validation Test
(SVT) both as a team lead and as an individual contributor, for hardware and
software used on Next Generation Digital Loop Carrier (NGDLC).  
* Designed voice test plan, schedule, and test strategies for hardware/software
releases of NGDLC using both TDM and VoIP technologies.  
* Wrote detailed test procedures from system engineering specifications to
insure 100% test coverage of internal, customer, and industry requirements
* Interfaced with development engineering, product line management, and the
customer on field problems.  Recreated the problems in-house, then modified test
plans and procedure to catch 100% of the escapes not covered in written
requirements.
*  Functioned as system test manager and as team lead for groups of 2 to 14
testers.
