lifttruck manufacturer. Worked directly with suppliers regarding Quality System
Assessment, PPAP submittal, Customer Satisfaction (Warranty) issues, and
Corrective/Preventive Action for nonconformances. Also functioned as supervisor
for QE Receiving Inspection department, overseeing a staff of 5 inspectors.
* Co-developer of Supplier Quality processes/methodologies utilizing 3rd party
web-based application software (HQMS) resulting in improved overall supplier
