Responsible for ensuring consistent quality of components/sub-assemblies used in
the manufacture and assembly of 1 to 7 ton IC/Electric product for leading global
lifttruck manufacturer. Worked directly with suppliers regarding Quality System
Assessment, PPAP submittal, Customer Satisfaction (Warranty) issues, and
Corrective/Preventive Action for nonconformances. Also functioned as supervisor
for QE Receiving Inspection department, overseeing a staff of 5 inspectors.
 
 * Co-developer of Supplier Quality processes/methodologies utilizing 3rd party
web-based application software (HQMS) resulting in improved overall supplier
management, and significant improvements in Receiving Inspection efficiencies. 
 * Coordinated phased, 5S improvement project leading to improved

 * Coordinated in-plant replacement of existing retroreflectance instrumentation
with new design retroluminometer (RM2), including evaluation and validation of
new design, supervision of equipment installations, and statistical analysis of
