* Directed all the activities related to planning, appraisal, financing and
construction involving approximately $600 million in construction costs during
1980 thru 1983.

functions for all FHA loans in 37 Texas counties and multi-family operations for

Employed by the U. S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE as a Community Relations Specialist
involved in mediation and conciliation efforts on civil rights matters throughout
the Southwest. Provided academic counseling and taught undergraduate courses at
SOUTHERN METHODIST UNIVERSITY as an Assistant Professor of Sociology.
