Business Problem: Routing Services is a service oriented workflow management
system designed for managing the routing requirements of enterprise applications
at Apple. This will provide a group of related services to any new or existing
enterprise application and enable them to build workflow-based applications.
Routing service aims at achieving the following key points: -
a) Standardized Route Management Framework for the enterprise
b) Build a routing service which any enterprise application can use
c) Decouple application logic from routing logic.
Routing Services comprises of two main components:
Workflow Management Services
Workflow Management Services consists of services, which enable applications to
create new workflow process templates. These templates would be used for creating
unique instances of Processes (Route)
Route Management Services
Route Management Services consists of services, which enable applications to
instantiate a process and create a Route. It provides various services to take
actions on nodes in the Route and bring the Route to a completion.
Project Role : Prepared a POC on Dataflux power studio. It is a powerful,
easy-to-use suite of data cleansing and data integration software applications.
Dataflux power Studio connects to virtually any data source, and any Dataflux
power Studio user in any department can use Studio to profile, cleanse,
integrate, enrich, monitor, and otherwise improve data quality throughout the
enterprise. An innovative job flow builder allows users to build complex
management workflows quickly and logically.

Supplier Portal (Ketera Technologies)
Software Engineer (Oct 2006 March 2007)
Business Problem: The Ketera Supplier Portal is a centralized solution for
managing all interactions with customers. As a Web-based, easy-to-use,
task-oriented solution, it helps suppliers focus on fulfilling customer orders
and reducing the amount of time spent on the order-to-cash process.
This Supplier portal is capable of processing
transactions electronically. With its rich functionality and open integration
capability, the Ketera Supplier Portal helps to connect more customers, reduces
transaction cost, and provides opportunities to increase revenues. It also
handles orders from customers who use a variety of technologies or solutions for
procurement. It ensures improved performance metrics such as order-fill-rate, PO
response time, and order-to-delivery time.

Developed the Change requests and enhancements of the Supplier Portal

Business Problem: This application is a fleet of solutions, which caters to the
various requirements in the process flow of CSG business. CSG specializes
exclusively in group employee benefits and HR solutions. Contribution Modeler is
the tool, which will be used by the sales team, during the sales process, to
analyze the plan options, employee contribution, waiver and migration. The sales
process might be at one of the 2 stages, where the benefit analyst might have to
model the plans, contributions, waivers and migration. Contribution Modeler tool
can be used for both pre analysis and post analysis. The Benefit Analyst can
build the present Account setup by building the plans, waivers and strategies and
would create the scenarios appropriate for the company such that the employee
satisfaction are met and cost to company is reduced.

Project Role: Software Engineer with the following responsibilities:
Developed the Admin module which includes User Management, List Management,
Inflation Matrix and Plan Design.
Developed the Scenarios module which includes creating, modifying and deleting

Unit tested the above two modules with Junits and EasyMock test cases.
Bug Fixing in the above modules.
Developed the Change requests and enhancements in the above modules and some
other modules. I was the owner of few modules after the development cycle was

using Web sphere portal server JSR 168 and to port existing applications to JSR
168 technology.

bugs in the project.

Prepared POCs on OpenCms, an open source content management system.
Developed the Resource management module of the project. This module deals
with assigning resources to the project, know the status of the work done by a
