Objective
To obtain a position in Senior Management that will leverage my industry
recognized abilities in Sales Management and employee development, in order to
implement my sales proficiencies.
Major Accomplishments
- Senior Management and Strategic Plan Development: Created a strategic plan to
improve sales and marketing in ten key markets that were suffering low sales and
gross profit. Within one year eight out of the ten markets had tripled their
productivity. I not only devised the solution, I was also extremely hands on in
training new ways of dealing with clientele, while also demonstrating that former
clientele can make a big difference in productivity and continued business.
-Awarded Top Sales Person for seven years: Promoted to train the employees and
promoted to Senior Inside Sales Manager of Key Accounts.
-Recommended an overall strategy and implementation of identifying
vendors/distributors that would be beneficial to our bottom line profit. These
vendors were in business with our competition. I was the key player in presenting
the benefits of doing business with us, not only did five out of six vendors
switch to our company, our bottom line profit increased forty percent with these
vendors products. I was then offered jobs with three of the vendors.
-Supervised and trained my employees in client relationship development and
sales in eleven districts. I use many different selling methods, such as solution
selling, cross-selling, upselling, and Friedman methods. Every district had a
substantial increase in client satisfaction and sales, eight districts increased
productivity by thirty percent or over.

-Inside Sales Account Managment for our key accounts, I maintained and upsold
our key clients nationwide, while being the main point of contact for any of
their customers. I consistenely worked to provide them with our best products,
while implementing any changes as needed in order to grow and maintain their
business with us.
- Applied years of Sales and Marketing experience nationwide to provide
expertise in substantially changing the way we were selling, which greatly
increased our bottom line.
-Increased the company’s productivity by thirty percent over five years with our
key clientele, while also recruiting vendors that were against doing business
with us in the beginning.
-Strategic Plan Development and general oversight nationwide of my districts
performances.
-Supervised and greatly contributed to new marketing strategies, that in turn
increased sales substantially.
- Applying my experience of working as a sales consultant when I first started
with the company. I understood the vendors, clients, what the sales consultants
were dealing with, and our clientele’s mentality. This experience has proved to
be extremely valuable, and aided me in becoming very successful in my career. I
feel that working as a sales consultant first was an amazing learning experience,
which allowed me to advance rapidly, as I was able to understand the issues
concerning our owners, senior management, clients, and sales personnel.

Education
University of Denver- Bachelor of Arts- Business and Minor in Psychology
I studied Business which has aided me tremendously in my career, however also
having a minor in Psychology has also proved to be extremely valuable in the
corporate environment, as I am able to understand behaviors extremely well. These
two fields of study have been a wonderful combination for me in my career.

With my extensive experience in Sales and Marketing Senior Management and my
strong interpersonal skills, I thrive in a fast pace, results oriented
