Loan Officer/Mortgage Banker

Presently employed as a real estate loan officer/ mortgage banker responsible
for selling single family, multi-family, condominium, and investment housing
properties in 26 states.   Successfully performed telemarketing sales through
form of “warm calling” to buyers, and financial investors through the Lending
Tree network.  Retain active problem solving support and negotiations involving
closing matters.  

•	Since 2005, originated over 200 units with volume in excess of $45 million.
•	Achieved Lending Tree’s President Club award for Sales and Customer Service. 
Of the 6,000 active loan officers on the Lending Tree network, only 140 have
obtained President’s Club status.

Loan Officer

Worked as a loan officer originating and selling sub-prime mortgages through
phone calls and client meetings in the greater Houston area.  Built strong
internal working relationships with underwriting and processing to thoroughly
understand the process, using it to better inform future clients and avoid the
misinterpretation of products or processes.  

•	Within 3 months of starting and entering the industry, produced over $1
million dollars volume and an average of 6.5 units per month.  
•	Generated business effectively using a “cold calling” method to introduce my
product and the company I represented.

Assistant Store Manager

As an assistant store manager my duties included managing day to day operations
such as inventory, sales, installation and accounting.  Increased sales by
building strong relations with wholesale distributors across the nation in order
to receive greater benefits.  Implemented a marketing campaign that consisted of
radio and television to gain customer attraction. 

•	Within 2 years was promoted from floor sales to sales manager/assistant store
manager.  
•	Increased sales through networking with Houston based athletic teams, the
Houston Rockets and Houston Texans.  
•	Sought out qualified buyers through an aggressive marketing plan and
successfully handled the sell of the business for our private investors.
