My position at ARN varies by the minute. I have been there 2 years and have
become the go to person for almost anything in the advertising department. I
handle research for marketing, advertising, sales goals, commissions, and
training classes. I am responsible for reporting revenue that correlates to
utilization of ImMEDIAte, CPADS, and other special programs. I ordered all
supplies including toner for the advertising department. I create reports to
assist in sales initiatives for managers and media consultants.

In my experience at BCBSTX (7.5 years), I grew as a leader, expanded my
knowledge base, improved my communication skills, learned how to prioritize,
learned the importance of change and flexibility, gained self-confidence, and
formed many important relationships. I worked in several departments including
training, claims, systems, and customer service during which I gained a wealth of
knowledge. I became a source of information for my co-workers, other
departments, and management. I was given several responsibilities including
various reports, special cases, managing workload, communicating training issues
and system problems, handling classes, and projects.

As billing office manager, I handled all the patient accounts billing
collections, posting payments, statements, calls, and appeals. I attended
insurance meetings, prepared reports, and updated forms as necessary.
Communicated necessary changes, updates, and issues to company president and
staff. Sales increased over 65% during my employment.

I was hired as a file clerk, promoted to insurance representative within two
weeks. I handled patient accounts with various lines of insurance, filed

things up to date.
