insure that customers have received a letter with instructions on how to ship to
other vendors via ground collect. Making sure these vendors have been set up and

prospects for employment along
with going over their benefit package including their health benefits.
As a technical writer for CTA I
was required to have a strong Analytical ability, project management
skills, a group facilitator, results

Worked on analysis of COBOL II source code for Year 2000 conversion
requirements. Researched JCL and Proc members to identify Proc’s and
modules that
are executed. Identified date fields within the data division. Reviewed
Procedure
Division for the date related logic.
Worked with Task Leader on PAID Paper Project. Modified COBOL II
production
source modules to meet user written specifications. These were
retrieved, compiled
and tested under ENDEVOR. Changed JCL to meet testing requirements for
each
module. Provided support in writing manuals for VIS, and PAID Accrual.
These
manuals consisted of Data Flow Diagrams, Structure Charts, File Layouts,
System/Subsystem Specification, Maintenance Manuals, Customer Manuals,
and
