Responsible for the Security Administration of the PeopleSoft HRMS application.
Defining new users to the system. Assigning the proper roles and permissions
based on requests and approvals to do so in PeopleSoft, Docent, Org plus, Cognos
and Kronos. Assure that all proper approvals and documentation are in place for
each request prior to assigning access. Security updates to existing users.
Responsible for maintaining and creating new application system roles and
permission lists as requested or applicable based on access request. Identify
and address any potential segregation of duties issues related to the access
requested. Responsible for Reporting (departmental, Internal Audit and SOX
reporting).
Take necessary to correct the access based on the feedback. Run inquiries
against the security tables/data. Significant interaction (both verbal and
written) with team members of various groups and departments.
Familiar with Siebel ERM Ver7.5 to document all the incoming emails for
auditing purpose.
