Directed the Information Technology staff for the Ops Silo.  Strategic director,

Senior Technology Officer
Directed the development staff and cross functional groups.  Technical leader,
task coordinator, and overall manager through all phases of development and
implementation on multiple concurrent projects utilizing in-house development
personnel, on-site contractors, and off-site contractors.
	
Key Achievements
•	Established and directed the architecture, design, development,
implementation, and testing efforts for Titan Online. Provided users with single
sign-on access to transaction processing and inquiry via 128-bit SSL encryption
through the JPMAccess Portal.  The Web-based solution provides authentication,
identification and non-repudiation using digital software technology which allows
the approval/transmission of encrypted trade instructions into JPMorgan. 
Projected to reduce costs in excess of $6 Million the first year.  16% cost
reduction negotiated on Titan Online contract by developing "win-win" solution
with vendor.  Use applets, JSPs, XML, PassGen, Weblogic, IIS, and UML for
analysis and development.  Administered, deployed, configured, and supported
WebLogic Application Server.
•	Responsible for object-orientated analysis/object-orientated design of current
systems through Servlets, WebSphere, JSPs, RUP, XML, EJBs, OOD, and UML. Use
UML/RUP to develop requirements and architect a solution. 
•	Conceived, designed, and managed development of sophisticated Financial
Statement Delivery tool which allows secure, encrypted delivery of official
audited statement reports to over 500 clients consisting of directors of
investment or pension, accountants, performance staff, treasurers, and interested
third parties located in the U.S., U.K. and Asian regions.  Reduced time and cost
of traditional delivery methods and provided quick access to account information.
 Earned the Investor Services Internet Delivery Award for outstanding
performance.   Technologies used include .Net, ASP, Visual Basic, SQL Server.

Key Achievements

•	Designed and developed mortgage loan document preparation and electronic loan
delivery application using Visual Basic, Active X Components, ADO, ASP, VBScript
and HTML which reduced overall operational costs by 20%, saved $750,000 in
copying costs, and reduced document delivery time

which provided lenders and brokers with a fast, convenient, and secure way to
enter the data required to order complete loan closing document packages.
