OBJECTIVE: Seeking an Information Technology position as Level 2 or 3 Help Desk,
Systems Analyst, Desktop Support, Network Technician, or PC Technician.

Supported several large and small companies in which Directech has overflow work
contracts with. Responsibilities included repair, setup, and configuration of
desktop/laptop PC's, and networked printers. Worked intensively with corporate IT
teams as well as on my own.  Helped with some telecomm work at this position. Ran
network cabling, helped check router/switch performance, setup and added new

Tools 2003. Helped United Health Group with desktop standardization migration

manufacturing facility's Y2K Project. I assisted in the creation and roll out of
a full image build for this facilities highly specialized systems.
Responsibilities included the reloading and or upgrade of desktop/notebook PC’s,
several files servers, mail servers, print servers, and other key components.
