retention boards) for over 23,000 soldiers and civilians in the command.
• Conducted a needs-assessment survey with senior-level managers that identified
and corrected personnel action processing and tracking deficiencies, thereby
increasing efficiency and decreasing administrative action completion times by 50
percent, from 10 days to 5 days.
• Published a 21st TSC Awards Pamphlet; thereby ensuring that all subordinate
commands had current information so as to properly recognize soldier
achievements.
• Processed and met all response deadlines for 97 Congressional and White House
inquiries.

5th Military Police Battalion (CID), Kaiserslautern, Germany
