SUMMARY 

Over twenty-five years of System Analysis and Management experience with strong
analytical skills. Seeking a telecommute position only.  I have 3 phone lines,
high speed internet and a full network including fax, scanner, and 2 color
printers.    I have many years experience, was listed in Who's Who of Women
Executives, offered a scholarship to Wharton School of the University of
Pennsylvania, and started several training programs for women in the business
world.

KODAK HEALTH IMAGING SYSTEMS, INC.

Quality Assurance Manager - Set up and organized the department, established
standards, developed testing procedures and a default tracking system, stabilized
the product through extensive testing prior to shipment to the field.
Worked with the FDA to obtain approval for the use of a paperless Quality System
that conformed to the ISO9000 standard.
Hired and trained new Quality Assurance Engineers.  Wrote the System Quality
Assurance Plan and the System Configuration Plan.  Instructed the engineers to
write and/or update the Product Specifications, Functional Specifications, Detail
Designs, Test Plans and Product Certifications as required by the FDA and the GMP
(Good Manufacturing Practices).
Filed 510(k)’s (filings required by the FDA for medical products), and received
approvals from the FDA on all products.  Selected a product defect tracking
system and implemented its use throughout the company.  Selected and implemented
the System Configuration Management and product release procedures for the
company.  Assisted Production, TAC, and CES in product staging prior to shipping.
 Assisted the Kodak-Rochester office in setting up proper staging and QA of
software products vs. hardware products.
Became the ISO 9000 Registered internal auditor for KHIS and wrote the initial
draft of the ISO 9000 implementation plan for the Richardson Office.

INDEPENDENT CONSULTANT 
Plano, Texas 
Proposed and implemented a multi-company, multi-user integrated inventory and
financial system for use in a UNIX based LAN environment using ORACLE SQL. 

Developed an event oriented Online Transaction Processing System (OLTPS) for an
automated warehouse in Virginia. This distribution scheduling and control system
operates on a 7 VAX cluster and is comprised of 13 standalone subsystems. The
system runs under VMS and DECINTACT. 

Designed and managed the development of a network control system for coinless
(debit and credit card, VISA, AMEX, etc.) telephone units for a regional Bell
operating company. This Oracle/Unix based system is comprised of system
management, polling, reporting, configuration management, and mini to mainframe
communications subsystems. 

Co-managed a 300 staff month project for the development and implementation of a
retail pharmacy and point of sale system on a Novell network. The system is
written in RMCOBOL and provides comprehensive financial management services,
credit card validation (VISA, AMEX, MASTERCARD, etc.), market and sales promotion
tracking, company issued credit accounts, polling, inventory management, and
extensive statistical reporting. 

Designed and developed a PASCAL/PC DOS based programmable read only memory
(PROM) loader for a major computer board manufacturer. The PROM supports multiple
alphabets; custom designed character sets, and expanded memory. 

Designed and developed an electronic mail system for use on a Novell network. -

Performed the system analysis and programming for a computer board specification
and change order system. The system is written in dBase and tracks the original
order and all subsequent changes to the specifications. It controls the
distribution and completion of orders to multiple divisions. 

Designed, developed, and implemented a Client Tracking System in Oracle/MS DOS
and Microsoft C. 

DIGITAL SWITCH CORP. 
Plano, Texas 
Designed, developed, and integrated the Automated Billing System component of a
Network Control Center application. The system was written in C, PASCALI and
Oracle SQL. The system utilizes X.25 protocol to collect Call Detail Records from
multiple nodes and store the information in an Oracle database. 

Performed benchmark testing for fault tolerance of the Stratus computer with an
Oracle database application. 

Systems Engineer in Telecommunications - Admin. Services - Designed and
implemented a table driven traffic metering and measuring system for a Class IV
switch. This system is written in Z8000 assembler and is designed to run either
as a 'hot stand by' or as 'load share'. Maintained all modules for updating the
master database files for system configuration. 

SOUTHWESTERN STATES BANKCARD ASSOCIATION 
Dallas, Texas
Senior Systems Analyst - Designed, coded and implemented a parallel test system
for the on-line and batch collection system. Designed and implemented a master
database for the online collection system. Designed and implemented several
on-line programs to display and update the master database. Made use of SNA to
collect the delinquent accounts that are added to the database and used in an
on-line real-time mode by bank collectors.
