Set up and upgraded personal computer at new
location. This included installing hard drives,
modems, and software. Made computer Year 2000
compliant. Specified and ordered new PC. Moved
shortwave receiving system to new location. Set
up home recording studio. Converted files from 
WAVE to MIDI. Used language-translating software.

	Engineer

Set up computer workstations and building power at
new job site in order to test naval vessel equip-
ment. Installed Pentium computer system from prev-
ious job location. Specified and ordered computer
hardware and software upgrades

01/1974 - 08/1996	Department of the Navy
	Warminster, PA

	Electronics Engineer

Researched seismic recording system upgrade.
Set up seismic recording system in inertial
navigation laboratory. Improved accuracy of
earthquake locations by downloading data onto
computer, rather than using voice telephone.
Specified, ordered, and tested Pentium compu-
ter system to replace obsolete XT computer
system. Tested inertial components. Designed
and tested equipment interfaces, such as those
used for shipboard time systems. Improved track-
ing of project hours with spreadsheet software.
