11/2007 – Present
Capital One (Contract) Senior Project Manager
Dallas, TX
· Responsible for the planning, execution, and communication of IT projects
according to deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating the efforts
of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver
the project according to plan. This also includes overseeing quality control
throughout its life cycle
· Responsible for 4-6 midsize technology projects across several bank lines of
business, with a total budget covering all projects of S500, 000.00 per quarter.
· Accountable for 2 Large scale enterprise wide projects with budgets in excess
of $10,000,000.00
· Completed the Capital One Hibernia and Chevy Chase Bank Integration to date is
the largest undertaking in Capital One history under budget by 15% and ahead of
schedule by 6 months
· Project plans reported to executive management and 3rd party vendors via MS
project.
· Identified potential software conflicts and worked side by sand with software
engineers to manage appropriate software releases which corrected software
related issues
· Identified business needs, critical path, and service level agreements using
various communication tolls, which allowed for quick, easy and accurate
translation to stake holders and 3rd party vendors.
· Used MS Project to account for project and task dependencies which aided in
definition of critical path
· Managed a team of 5 Network engineers, 2 project coordinators, 3rd party
vendors, and various resources from all areas of the bank total man hours
exceeded 30,000 for bank project team, 20,000 hours for 3rd party

AT&T (Contract) – Global Project Manager

· Liable for global Implementation for AT&T clients across multiple service
lines these include enhance VPN, managed services, Hosting services, DSL, WIFI,
and complete custom solutions.
· Tremendous understanding of WIFI technologies including 802.11G including
hardware / access point deployment, router configuration network testing and
network security.
· Single point of contact for all customer related issues for several Large AT&T
clients during site rollouts these include Microsoft, IBM, and Cold Water Creek

which were only available to enterprise level clients

acquired or newly constructed banking centers and or entities
