I performed remote and on-site monitoring of retention, billing and sales teams
across the Verizon Telecom footprint. I supervised special study group for Exec
VP/COO. Supported regional managers and coaches both locally and remotely. I
organized payroll, purchasing and inventory for teams. Developed job aids to
assist team members in achieving greater efficiency.
VOLBSC Web Master/Diversity Champion: Verizon January 2006 – January 2007
I managed web team, created a new Verizon Online Intranet web site and mirror
sites. Trained and supervised web team, support teams and administrative clerks.
Coordinated budgeting and events, both corporate and diversity related. Supported
training, quality, RMG, leadership team, management teams and contracting agency
to enhance information sharing and provide streamlined internal communication and
cooperation. Trained and coordinated training of all employees as needed. I
supported retention coaches and initiatives by creating in-house specialty checks
and coupons. Provided simple solutions to increase profitability, decrease time
expenditures and provide effective solutions for the centers until Greenway
center closed and I was reassigned.

Managed and trained RMG team members. I managed attendance, forecasting,
payroll, scheduling, correspondence, documentation and reports. I performed as
liaison between leadership teams, internal and external customers and RMG.
Developed and maintained documentation process for previous and current employees
and contingent workers information. Support IT team as needed on call center
floor.
Coordinator Resource Management: Volt Services December 2000 – August 2002
I managed irate customers, handled customer escalations and frontline questions
from representatives. I supported offline team and small business customers’
correspondence. I trained new hires for small business team. Developed job aids
to provide more effective and structured information post-merger. I organized
existing job aids and tools to improve efficiencies simplify job function and
update or delete obsolete processes.
Web Designer/Developer: Comercis February 1999 – September 2000
I developed customized web solutions for local and national customers as a
member of the Signature Services team. I traveled locally to client's businesses
for consultation and photography services as needed. Coordinated calls with
customers, sales and support staff to manage customer needs. I trained new hires
to the main design teams, as well as performing research and development,
copywriting and editing. I was responsible for converting existing video to
digital format. I organized efforts to up-selling new technologies to existing
customers with sales team members.
Web Designer – Freelance: Adept Web Wizards February 1997 – February 1999
I performed web design specializing in personal, small business and small
organization web sites. I managed accounts from start to finish, sales, research
and development as well as web and graphic design for customers.
