-Senior Technical Consultant – Enkitec, LLP

o Performed database query tuning and resolved errors in the Customer Billing
application written in Javascript, Portal, and Forms for Atmos Energy.

o Modified and upgraded Oracle Forms and Reports modules from previous Forms
versions (4.5 and 6i) to 10g for two separate clients:  Alliance Data and Dallas
AirMotive.

o Installed Oracle Application Server and Infrastructure databases at the
Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE.)  Also instantiated a reporting website
using Oracle Portal, developed a simplified Portal “how to” document and trained
client’s users in Kuala Lumpur to continue the development/maintenance effort on
their own.

o Made enhancements to Oracle Applications 11g at Alcatel-Lucent.  This
primarily consisted of customization of several Oracle Forms and Reports that
facilitated integration of Oracle Order Entry with the client’s SAP
installation.

o Developed and installed a portal website for OmniAmerican Bank in Ft. Worth
based on an old website’s content and new user requirements.  Trained business
analysts on Oracle Portal Administration.

o Various ETL projects using PL/SQL.

-Consultant - Electronic Transaction Consultants Co.

ETCC is the software provider for the Dallas North Tollway Transit Authority. 
Assignment at this client was to provide maintenance and enhancements to the
existing Violation Processing System (VPS.) Responsibilities include heavy data
analysis, PL/SQL, and system enhancements using WebDB.

-Manager, Software Engineering -  Commercial Metals Company

Project manager for development of a new online system for the metal commodity
trading industry.  Requirements gathering & documentation, database design,
software infrastructure design, conversion of a legacy COBOL system, interfaces
from and to multiple legacy COBOL systems, and Oracle DBA & application server
administration were the primary focuses of the project.  Managed a team of five
developers, and also played the role of Lead Developer.  This custom Web-based
application was created using Oracle Developer Suite 9i (upgrading to 10g), plus
extensive PL/SQL programming at the database level as well as in Oracle Forms and
Reports PLLs.

-Consultant - First American Corporation

Project manager for development of a Payroll Datamart and General Ledger
Interface between the Cyborg HR/Payroll system and an Oracle database.  This
system was developed using Oracle Forms and Reports.  It was initially set up in
client/server mode, and then ported to the company's intranet via the Web with
interfaces to Oracle Apps 11i.  I assumed total responsibility for the success of
this project from conception to production launch, including maintaining project
plans, holding design review meetings, interfacing with the Oracle accounting
group, management of other developers, and design & development of various
modules of the new application.  Developed an understanding of how the relational
version of Cyborg works, and how it can be integrated into a set of relational
tables in a datamart environment for easy reporting by end users.  Also created
stored procedures in Oracle to generate batch load transactions for the
conversion of Payroll and Human Resource data into Cyborg, and created an
automated script (Unix cron job) to automatically resize the Cyborg Oracle tables
whenever a “rebuild” was needed.

-Consultant/Project Lead - CARE Systems Corporation

CARE Systems is a software development firm for the Healthcare and Insurance
industries.  Designed and developed a custom application for a new General
Liability claims processing system, using Oracle Developer/2000 Forms 4.5/Reports
2.5.  Responsibilities included database design, stored procedures, packages, and
functions using PL/SQL.  In January 1998, upgraded the entire application to
Oracle Forms 5.0/Reports 3.0.

-Consultant - Xerox Corporation

Created a reporting interface between the Clarify application and end-user PCs
running Microsoft Access.  Developed this interface using the SQR report writing
tool on a Unix platform, with Unix cron jobs to import the data to an NT server
nightly for end-users to perform custom reporting using Access.


-Consultant - Southwestern Bell Mobile Systems (now AT&T Wireless)

Created a new reporting architecture for Southwestern Bell Mobil Systems’ Oracle
databases, which numbered in the thousands.  Designed and implemented reporting
standards, and used PL/SQL, SQL*Plus, and SQL ReportWriter for the development.

-Consultant - CARE Systems Corporation

Responsibilities included new application development, maintenance of existing
code, re-engineering & database design of a Workers’ Compensation Claims
processing system using PL/SQL stored procedures & functions and Oracle Forms
3.0.  This system included everything from the recording of an incident all the
way through adjudication and payment processing.  Additional duties included
training/mentoring of new-hires and junior level programmers.

-Senior Software Engineer - Dal-Tile

Senior software engineer.  Responsibilities included new application development
for inventory tracking system using stored procedures, Oracle Forms 3.0 and SQL
ReportWriter.  This system interfaced with Oracle Manufacturing applications.
