 Responsibilities : Scheduling daily production and shipments, order entry and
order processing, inventory control, order picking, creating and maintaining
spreadsheets to track all inbound and outbound material, quarterly physical count
and reconciliation of all inventory, cycle counts, and verifying that all
outbound shipments are labeled correctly.

Responsibilities: MRP planning, new order entry, shop order creation, creating
and maintaining Excel spreadsheets, reporting to management of manpower needs on
weekly bases, tracking and reporting of all backordered JIT items. Overseeing and
scheduling of pre-production and new assembly introduction to production as well
as quick turn and fiber optic assemblies. Customer’s primary point of contact. 


April 1997 – June 1999                                   
Supervisor – Finished Goods/ Shipping
Responsibilities: Overseeing daily shipments. This required maintaining stocking
levels JIT inventory, distribution of driver routes. Monitoring and reporting On
Time Delivery reports, maintenance of company vehicles, employee evaluations and
first line supervisory activities. Cycle counting, auditing, and computerized
inventory tracking were all aspects of my position in this role.


April 1994 – April 1997      
 Supervisor – Raw Materials & Finished Goods
                         
Responsibilities: Distribution of work orders to be kitted, auditing kitted work
orders before release to manufacturing. Interfacing with Kan-Ban coordinator and
purchasing to replenish JIT inventory. Reviewing and reconciling cycle counts,
tracking and reporting of material shortages, and maintenance of all lift
equipment.

May 1993 – April 1994                                                 
Wire Cutter / Component Kitter
Responsibilities: The interpretation of travelers for product requirements,
operation of automated equipment, logging and tracking of completed work orders
and general housekeeping. I was also periodically utilized for special projects
such as the conversion and implementation of the component carrousel.
