Back-up IT asset coordinator- I am responsible for receiving and ordering all 
IT & telecomm related equipment  for all campuses and sub campuses of Methodist
health system. Which includes but is not limited to printers,pc,pc software,pc
hardware,telephones,&monitors.

· Responsibilities: (Lead Help Desk Analyst-Level 1 support)

Troubleshooting and solving issues pertaining to desktops ,laptops ,network &
non- network printers, installed software, OS, office products and Outlook
’00,’03 & web mail. Assist users w/ account unlock, home remote issues and
visitors with our guest network. Train new operators and helpdesk staff in help
desk procedures. Rotate on every 7 weeks for and entire week 24/7

(Desktop Support): respond to work order open about pc & printer problems. Do
systems install of new equipment ordered. Keep Helpdesk ticket queues up to date
and assign and issue tickets to other analyst.

Answering and solving nightly helpdesk calls i.e.: printer problems, pc

2003 Active Directory administration, account lockouts, Nautilus and On
Base(image retrieval), and MS Outlook. Oversee the maintenance and user on our
training server.

-Responsibilities ( Contact Center Specialist/Member Service Rep): To go beyond
what is necessary to provide excellent member service. Doing what is necessary to
deescalate situations involving angry or extremely hostile members. Answering
inbound calls from credit union members regarding inquiries including, but not
limited to account balances, copies of checks and initiating bank wires. Taking
payments via telephone for delinquent, negative accounts, and general payments.
Assisting member and cu reps will our bill payment service this includes walking
members through the use of this service and approving and denying applications.
Also verifying funds for merchants. Thoroughly training current, new
representatives and members on products and services. While maintaining a
professional work environment and phone etiquette. Currently Resource One uses
Xp2 the same as Employees CU and I assist current reps with helpful hints on how
to use this service.
