Assistant to the Senior Director of the Safety and Health Group. Duties are as
follows: Provide support to the director and three managers. Serve as liaison to
the medical clinic for accident and injury investigation and reporting, manage
the Injury database and verify personal information is correct. Gathered and
compiled data and prepare weekly, monthly and annual injury reports and
statistics. Also compiled and prepared data for vehicle accident reports.
Maintain and verified first report of injury records for the weekly corporate
reporting. All aforementioned data is managed to ensure proper reporting in
accordance with State of Tennessee, US Department of Labor, and OSHA

drivers. Created spreadsheets and files with information from the main office,
the Fayetteville and Pulaski offices. Faxed reports from the previous day to the
regional office for their records. Emailed informational spreadsheets to the
regional comptrollers’ offices daily. Make sure supplies were stocked in all
three offices. Ordered fuel when necessary for the equipment and trucks.
