Managed CV-22 Interim Contractor Support (ICS) contract for Bell for 2 years
ensuring tip-to-tail coverage for USAF AETC and AFSOC units. Interacted with
PMA-275 USAF customer on daily basis in meeting contract requirements. Produced
and presented high level presentations to both internal and external leadership
to include achievements, cost & schedule metrics.
Working with USAF customer, worked to completion on getting 3 main rotor blades
to training command so immediate testing could begin on approved HONTEK coating

During 20 year career, was responsible for maintaining aircraft and engine logs
and records for the following platforms; F-4J/S, F/A-18C, C-130T, CH-53D/E, AH-1W
and UH-1N.
During career received 3 Noteworthy grades from Commander Naval Air Force
Pacific; 12 Outstanding grades from Commanding Generals Fleet Marine Force
Pacific, 1st and 3rd Marine Aircraft Wings for zero discrepancies found
during log and record audits of aircraft and engine logbooks.
At the rank of Corporal was assigned to Maintenance Control and given authority
to sign off Safe of Flight for 12 F-4J/S Phantoms.
Developed a program that was adopted throughout Marine Corps aviation to track
technical directives (TDs) for aircraft and engines. Program ensured that all TDs
were tracked and complied within the guidelines of the directives ensuring the
safety of the aircrew and aircraft.
At the rank of Staff Sergeant was assigned to Power Plants Production Control
and oversaw 75 maintenance Marines that involved overhaul and repair to
F404-GE-400, T64-GE-413 and T58-GE-16 engines and their components and all
dynamic components for CH-46E and CH-53D aircraft. Responsible for overseeing
section HAZMAT and implementing MSDS program.
Monitor system performance, identify trends, collect and analyze maintenance
data from NALCOMIS to track maintenance support capability, supply chain
responsiveness, reliability and maintainability as well as aircraft availability
to ensure that all missions were met.
Participated in multiple Weapons Tactics Instructor (WTI) courses at MCAS Yuma
and assigned as Maintenance Admin Chief for both fixed and rotary wing platforms.
