QUALIFICATIONS
I have an in depth knowledge of gas turbines, including interstage seals,
combustors, bearings, and blading on the Westinghouse turbines.  I also have
maintenance experience with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical
machinery.  I am quick to learn new crafts when presented with the challenge. I
have worked as a project manager on turbine outages. I have extensive knowledge
in the older frame Westinghouse machines as well as the 501F, and the 7FA G.E.
turbines, and generators. I design special tooling for turbine, and generator
work. I have run my own business building bulk heads and dirt work jobs. I have
knowledge in air conditioning residential construction, oil field construction
and commercial building construction. 

EMPLOYMENT
2/2009-2/2010    Field service engineer for turbine outages.
 I was responsible for performing the field service work on turbine outages. I
had to reference the drawings to make sure the build of the turbines was correct
and within the OEM specifications. 


   7/2006- 2/2009 Universal Plant Services Turbine Division Supervisor
                              I supervise turbine outages, maintain tool
inventory, and design special tools. I have had good results with customer
relations, and quality assurance of the work being performed.  I have the
responsibility of project management on most of the outages that I work on. I
have good relations with venders for parts repair and specialty items needed to
perform outages. I build all of the special tools for the W frame turbine, and
generator work. Some of my designs include generator rotor removal stands and
dollies, internal alignment tools, and alignment stands. I also perform boroscope
inspections on the 501F turbines.

      9/2005-4/2006 field service supervisor Calpine
                              I helped to start up Thomason Turbine Systems
America. My duties were 			      supervise outages, purchase tooling, assign
po#s, and Build out the
                                Inventories. We worked on GE and Siemens gas,
and steam turbines. I designed the special tools, and drew up the plans for the
blade ring stands, bolt bins, and rotor stands.

2000-2005   “A” Technician, Siemens Westinghouse
In my present position, I am required to do much of the precision work and
complicated tasks on gas turbines and generators.  I have extensive experience in
alignment of critical internal parts, and clearance checks. I also supervised
outages, and worked as the lead hand on most every outage that I worked. 

1999-2000	Millwright/Mechanic, Technical Resource Providers
I worked on compressors, compressor engines and steam turbines.

1998-1999	Equipment Operator, Shamrock Equipment Rental
I was an equipment operator and truck driver. I operated backhoes, track hoes,
and dozers. I also hauled equipment to and from job sites.  Other duties included
welding and electrical work. I performed repairs on the equipment and was called
on for electrical service calls on the electric equipment.

1998-1998	Millwright, Jindal United Steel Corp.
I built the spare parts and performed shop maintenance. I built the gear boxes
and the geared shafts from prints. In doing this I was able to learn how to
identify the gears, seals, and the bearings needed to build a component.

                                 I had to work up bids and present them to
customers; designed and                       
                                 Built my own bulkheads, which led me to deal
with Corp. of Engineers, 
                                 All of my applications were approved on all of
my bulkheads.

1990-1996	Multi-craft Plant Technician, Northwestern Steel and Wire
I was highly experienced in all of the mill operations, including pipefitting,
welding, and electrical work.  For 3 years, I was a Q.A. Inspector.  For the last
3 years I was a mill attendant where I learned all of the operation jobs at the
mill. I went to Lee College for basic DC electrical. In the electrical class I
learned to work from electrical schematics and perform basic circuit board
wiring.
