Created and monitored several reporting systems, including:

•	Maintained the Line Item Availability Report, which reports the quantity of
Purchase Orders created by various departments and the percentage of those
completed on time. 
•	Converted process to a paperless, saving ~1 ream of paper per month.
•	Served as Admin of the FTTP Material Forecasting and Demand Reporting Tools
website, used to project and report current and future needs of material for the
FTTP Project.
•	Developed reports critical to Purchasing Department ensuring Company was
granted additional discounts from vendors.  
•	Captured >$96M in additional vendor discounts that could have been lost
without proper reporting.	
Specialist – Logistic Services  2000-2008

Created and implemented over 100 production programs and jobs for various
systems in COBOL, FOCUS, JCL and SAP, including:

•	Avoided a possible loss of >$27M in vendor discount through the first quarter
of 2008.
•	Improved Purchasing Department’s "missed vendor discount" ratio from 15% in to
0.6%. 
•	Saved the Purchasing Specialist ~25 hours per month by compiling expense
information and reviewing the costs on projects requested by VZB Finance.

Programmer
Wrote programs and jobs for various cargo systems in PL/1 and JCL.

•	Developed new system SMP (Service Measurement by Product) to handle multiple
types of service replacing old system with new capabilities and allowing American
to track the station's performance.
•	Designed SMP2 system enhancement to track international cargo and improve
flight-specific logic allowing company to better evaluate station's performance.
•	Converted a program to use an IMS database, allowing AA not having to renew a
license.
