Technical Writing
Wrote and produced user and developer guides for emergent wireless and
meta-tagging technologies. Edited technical documentation, including functional
specifications and marketing requirements documents, for accuracy, organization,
clarity, content, and style.

Web Help
Built an online help module (119 pages, 50 images) including: content,
navigation, graphics, and production. 

Project Management
Created master documentation plans for mission-critical writing projects
involving three site locations and several books. Worked closely with java
programmers, data mining specialists, and quality assurance engineers in three
geographically disparate sites to document products and processes.

Spanish Language Quality Assurance Testing
Built a classifier to test the precision and recall of a metadata application in
Spanish. Designed and implemented a survey instrument to evaluate
algorithm-generated data. Published a technical report with algorithm team.

Trilingual Content Developer, Information Designer, Translator

Created a bilingual Small and Medium Enterprise web site for the Inter-American
Development Bank (IADB). The site contains a bilingual Internet publication and a
bilingual discussion forum on Latin American business issues. Responsible for:
information architecture, content, project management, templates, graphics and

Solely created the only digital gallery or online representation of the Blanton
