product and service offerings of Ghoti Intimate Catering, a ground-up operation
offering popular and profitable catering services to medium and  large scale
businesses.  Assess current competitive market conditions and identify potential
markets.  Cold call and set up own appointments. Sell services in one closing.
Create menus and catering services that address specialized culinary needs of
niche market.  Build and support diverse client base.  Plan and organize all
aspects of small-(40) and large-scale catered events (500), including menu
