. Answering calls from people who own Gateway computer and have a service 
agreement. 
. Helping people fix their computers over the phone. If we could not fix the 
computer over the phone would send out a service tech from their area. 
. I had a 95% rating on being able to fix people's computers.

I have been a concrete foreman/superintended for more than 20 years, until I was

injured at work. I went back to school for computer networking and telepathy 
since graduating from school. I have worked for several companies in the 
selected field. I was trained for.

The school is located in Denton Texas. 

I attended for 18 months. I graduated in 1998. 

I was on the Dean's list three times for perfect attendance, vice president of
student 
Council and for having a grade point average of 3.8 I finished third in my class
and first 
in being able to diagnose and fix problems. 

Since completing my education and working for the companies that I chose. I have
not 
been able to keep up with schooling due to finances. I would like to work for a
company 
that could further my education with training to work for them.
