Senior International Officer at the Central Processing Centre with the following
duties:
1. Oversee the transition of Civil Registry Database to local Kosovos
authorities.
2. Provide technical advice to technical staff in the Ministry of Internal

The following are duties of Deputy of the IT Manager:
1. Participate in developing and implementation of the IT software development,
budget, and procurement plan.
2. Assist in identifying the needs for new systems and evolution of existing
systems.
3. Develop plans for feasibility assessment, requirements specification, design,
development and implementation, including project plans, schedules, time, cost
estimates, metrics and performance measures.
4. Participate in planning of major systems projects of the CPC, which typically
impact critical operations and large or multiple user groups.
5. Track and monitor projects progress against plan, requirements, quality

Senior System Administrator
As system administrator the main duties were to administrate and maintain the
production of Identity Cards system (Automated Finger print identification system
AFIS) up and running 24/7 in order to produce Identity cards for Kosovos
population to be eligible to vote in the upcoming elections. The system is
comprised by a set of COTS such IBM hardware and Operational System software (15
AIX RS6000 servers), ORACLE and MS SQL RDBMS, 2 Windows NT servers, more than 100
Windows NT clients, SAGEM AFIS hardware and software, FileNet Image management
system, Thales printing system, and communication and networking hardware and
software (CISCO switches).
Besides, there were other duties assigned as Senior System Administrator such as
to liaise between our costumer, the United Nations and SAGEM. Prepare the
documentation to train the local Kosovos staff and therefore guarantee the
system maintenance prior the end of this mission. As result, the system was
handover successfully to the local authorities and the goal of producing
1,500,000 of identity cards was achieved.

RS/6000 Hardware & Software Specialist
As a Hardware and Software Specialist for customer service department duties
were to give hardware and software support to AIX RS6000 costumers such as
private and government institutions. Basically, it includes system
configurations, system installations, system migrations, and support to pre-sales
department. Besides, some other duties were assigned to support the costumers in
Business Intelligence software and hardware. It includes DB2 installation and
configuration, Data Warehouse, Data mining, and Data modeling to generate
multidimensional cubes.

in RPGII and COBOL for IBM system 36. 7 months later, the bank decided the
migration of its IBM hardware and software to a UNISYS A SERIES. Specifically,

statistic system, and audit system during the entire SDLC.
