affiliates. It supports problem remedy requirements of up to 90% of all its
systems, applications and programs.
Safeway Inc. is one of the largest food and drug retailers in North America. In

manufacturing and food processing facilities. Safeway also holds a 49% interest

After almost a year of working as a contractor for Safeway Philtech under CEVERA
Technology Group, I was absorbed by Safeway Philtech and is now a regular
employee and is part of the Software Development Group for HR. It covers HR
related processing programs of Safeway Inc. This includes development/enhancement
of program and reports for the different HR systems of Safeway namely, CAS
(Contract Administration System), ACS (Absence Control System), TRUST (System for
Union Employee benefits, rates and employee contribution), ETAS (Electronic Time
and Attendance System).
Responsible for offshore development and enhancement of HR programs/systems.
Tasks involved are investigation and analysis and enhancement existing system,
creation of programs, program enhancements, testing and creation of reports.

publishing laws that Thomson West provides to their clients. Activities include
development, revision, and enhancement of different programs/jobs, preventive
