The project involved 2 major components: batch application
and web development. The batch application is aimed at automation
of manual loading and processing of data. While the focus on 
the web development is on functional and security enhancements.
The following were my specific contributions:
    * Functional and technical designer for both batch and web applications
    * Programmer
    * Tester - component up to product and performance tests
    * Facilitated user acceptance test (UAT)
    * Reviewed implementation plan and support documents
    * Monitored overall progress of project including resources,
      budget, timeline, issues, quality, and deliverable management.

      
                    Project B

Functional Area: Inventory, Supply Chain

A statistical analysis tool which enabled improved forecasting
on product supply and demand. Functional and security enhancements
and the migration of the application from ASP to ASP.NET
were the primary goals of the project. 
The following were my specific contributions:

    * Monitored progress of offshore development team and 
      coordinated with onshore counterparts and management.

                    Project C

A reverse engineering project which transformed the previously manual
process owned by the client into a stable and robust system. 
The applications worked on were mostly PL/SQLs which process 
high-volume data.
