maintenance. The front end of the Sceptre is in IMS DC and most of the UI are
being web enabled keeping the business logic in the backend mainframe. New
programs are being written or older once modified to cater the ever changing
business needs.

Title			: ILC and ISH Changes
Requirement		: ILC and ISH should automatically populate the work control/job
order number, based on the aircraft number, part number and the ATA chapter of
the part number. The user may override this work control/job order number. 

Title			: Screen changes for URM
Requirement		: An unsuccessful records match notification for parts change in
IRF will be introduced on the “Parts Changed Information“screen. A new indicator
will be introduced to ensure verification of affectivity for a component in an
aircraft when this screen comes up.  After the changes, the user will be required
to confirm with IPC whether the component is effective for the aircraft or not
and then update the new indicator by entering ‘Y’ or ‘N’ on the screen.  If the
user clears out the screen without doing anything, then the value of the new
indicator will be set as default to ‘N’.

o	If found and CIC should be authorized for BNA:
	Create HDR record for BNA for CIC
	Convert BNA input request into BNA input record 
	Write all BNA input records created for that CIC to new output dataset

	When CIC changes or at end of file write  appropriate trailer record
for CIC just processed to new output dataset for BNA input
