EXPERIENCE:  

Performed all accounting duties as one person accounting office for busy
marketing company, including A/P, A/R, general journal entries, cash receipts,
payroll and employee benefits administration.  I also assisted office personal
with supply ordering, equipment maintenance and travel coordination.  When Las
Vegas office closed in June 2007, I was moved to Media Buyer/Research Assistant
to allow me to work from my home in Henderson.  I continue to work 30 hrs a week
in that manner, as well as assisting current Accounting personnel with the
day-to-day operations and month end procedures.

For busy investment & marketing firm, I assisted the Controller with all day to
day operations, which included A/P, A/R, general ledger entries, bank
reconciliations, account coordination, loan payment processing, investor
payments, money market transfers and end of month/end of year processing.  I
trained and supervised over 10 employees and worked with all other departments to
coordinate all daily activities.

Over the past year, I have also assisted several small companies in the Las
Vegas valley with their bookkeeping needs in a part-time manner.  I have provided
assistance with A/P, A/R, general journal entries, bank reconciliations and state
tax filing.  I also have a working knowledge of Quickbooks, Excel & Word and can
perform 1***-key by touch.
