the single point of access to the SSMS application for external user groups. SSMS

This Lotus Notes and WebSphere-based system enables distributors log complain
directly in the Lotus Notes system through a servlet hosted on Websphere server.
It is a central database to track complaints/requests. It helps in recording a
call received over from a distributor across the country thru Notes Client or
through web interface. Web interface is also available to distributors where they
can log a call/complain directly. Interface is integrated with Websphere at the
backend. This process helps in achieving uniformity, transparency in complaint
handling, faster resolution and effective management.
