the time away from work for the local coach while providing the new hire with

• Converted a 36 hour instructor lead program that was given once a month to new
hires to an eLearning version that can be taken anytime.
• Developed a paper checklist for the learner to use in the eLearning program
and additional resources to guide them through a completely self-paced program
that is role based. Learners can take anywhere from 3 to 36 hours of training in
agency management, document management and e-mail systems.
• Coordinated efforts with a vendor to recover 40% of training expenses through
state tax laws.
