ü Provisioning VPN, Internet, Domestic and International MPLS-VPN (L2, L3)
Services to the customers.
ü To bring up inter and intra AS BGP sessions with Global partners and local
customers.
ü Configuring and Troubleshooting Broadband, Bridged Broadband, Metro-Ethernet,
Leased Line, ISDN and PSTN.
ü Implementing and Troubleshooting on the routing protocols RIPv2, OSPF , BGP,
EIGRP.
ü Configuring Access-Control Lists and doing Bandwidth management by using
packeteer (packet shaper).
ü Resolving TACs related to network issues.
ü Co-ordination with other support teams for resolving customer related issues.
ü Involved in change managements to modify the existing network setup.
ü Co-ordination with upstream providers for new implementation of international
Customers.
