As a virtual assistant, I had a hand in almost every single aspect of the
business in relation to customers. I worked on various campaigns, from tourism
related outbound calling for surveys, to offering and selling services related to
personal trainers. I also conducted pure customer service for T-Mobile USA cell
phone provider. I used various pc and web related resources such as Goto meeting,
and prepared many excel spreadsheets’. All in all, I learned a lot and learned
that its best to always be open minded and willing to take on new challenges.
