218 dealerships.  Reviews the planning of all wholesale physical inspection
audits of dealership inventory, ensuring audit frequency and results are adequate
to accommodate for potential risk.  Analyzes the dealership financial statement
to reveal reporting differences to determine inaccuracies that cause a change of
10% or more in key performance measures.  Works with the field sales organization
in meeting dealer requests, including structuring alternative credit arrangements
as well as initiating corrective action plans to address risk and portfolio
quality.  Review and analyze risk assessments for new dealerships to determine
their credit worthiness and profitability impact based on annual credit reviews
and initial credit applications. Ensures proper training and career development
sessions for subordinates.

Manager, Credit Risk 	2004 to 2006
Headed Ford Motor Company affiliate Volvo Car Finance’s risk management/loss
prevention department with 40+ exempt/Non-exempt employees covering the entire
United States.  Ensured all credit losses and high-risk (60+ day) delinquency
were held to a minimum through repossessions, charge-offs, or legal actions as
deemed necessary in compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Act and state and
federal laws.  Collaborated in Ford Motor Credit Company and Volvo Car Finance
strategy setting and decision processes to implement actions to minimize
portfolio risk and credit losses.  Rigorously supported Six-Sigma initiatives and
oversaw the implementation of key area improvements.

Supervisor, Collections	2002 to 2004
Performed all late-stage (>50 delinquency) and specialty collections activities
for territories, including Syracuse, Chicago, Indiana, and Wisconsin, for a total
risk portfolio of approximately $12 million in outstandings.  Ensured that
processes were completed accurately, timely, and per procedure by providing
effective support, coaching, and feedback to a team of 14 call center-based
