Built architecture for the International Civilian Payroll (ICPS) web
application.
Building the architecture for the ICPS application included the following work:
•	Setting up the Apache-Tomcat configurations.
•	Using Spring security to CAC card enable government badge logins.
•	Using Spring with Hibernate to configure the DAO layer.
•	Using Strut2 for the MVC layer and web design.
•	Using Jasper Reports for the reporting method.
Built reporting module for the Portuguese Payroll system. (WINAPPS)
WinApps reporting tool is a very simple web applications used produce static
reports.
•	Built Jasper Reports using iReports IDE.
•	Wrote SQL for each report.

Built CSS framework for front end web design using the JQuery framework.

Reporting Dashboard portal.

COLLABORATION AT SEA & NAVAL NETWORK WARFARE COMMAND OF ATLANTIC FLEET SUPPORT
	
NETWARCOM- Norfolk, VA
	-One of the Designers for the Collaboration At Sea Project.  The CAS project is
a Navy portal for U.S. and foreign ships on the CITRIX network.  CAS acts as a
means for all ships and staff commands to exchange Knowledge Manager information
at a classified level by using Lotus Domino Database replication technologies.
The program started as a simple HTML, browser based website but evolved into a
Java Based Web application. CAS was developed approx 8 years ago.
	-Designed the Joint Forces Web based Help Request Database called Fleet Web
Support (FWS).  This database was created to provide U.S. and foreign enclaves a
means of requesting and tracking technical issues relating to the Collaboration
at Sea Web applications. FWS was also created for a multi TIER technical help
format. It has a dynamic and robust workflow process that is configurable from a
web browser and can support multi-national TIERs.
	-Designed a Fleet wide RSS Feed Database.  Designed an XML parser that supports
RSS 1.0, 2.0 and RDF files.
	-Designed a registration process Database for Fleet Intelligence Warfare
Command (FIWC). This database was created for FIWC to act as a paper trail for
users requesting intelligence training and conference registration from their CAS
site. It has a dynamic email setup configurable from a web browser. 
	-Designed  the Search engine for the Collaboration At Sea project.  This was
created using Java.  
	-Designed the Request for Information Intelligence Database for 2nd Fleet
Command. This data base allows individual ship to submit request for Intelligence
information directly from the 2nd Fleet Command and tracks what information has
been requested.
	-Maintain the core Collaboration At Sea (CAS) applications and develop new
module applications as directed.  
	-Respond to Fleet Web Support requests at a tier 3 level maintenance.
	-Supports the Coalition Wide Area Network (COWAN) and Combined Enterprise
Regional Information Support (CENTRIXS).
	-Implements support for the COWAN Lite (NATO).
	-Provides stable and secure architecture for CAS.
	-Participates in the integration and testing phase to all development life
cycles.
	-Provides individual or group training for applications developed.
