CAREER SUMMARY: 

I have 24  years experience in the area of Information Technology/Management
Information Systems (IT/MIS),  18 years  of which  are with  the  American
Software Inc. (ASI)  Purchasing  and  Materials  Management  (P&MM, Logistics),
Inventory and Accounting System (IAS) and Accounts Payable System  American
Software Package Systems of Saudi Electricity Company.

Currently,    I  am     responsible    for     the     Development     and 
Implementation  of   the   Catalog Data  Improvement  Project.  This systems is
used to Enhance and support the ASI (P&MM),  package
software, utilizing Command level CICS/COBOL programming.

Also responsible for the Data conversion/cleansing of Accounts Payable   and 
Material  Management  Legacy  Systems  for preparation for  SAP Environment.

For the past  ten  years, I  have  been  envolved  for  the  maintenance, and
Enhancement of the P&MM System. Prior  to  that, I  participated   in the design,
development, implementation and current  maintenance  of  the following systems: 
Item   Search &  Retrieval  System,   Item  Usage  System, Item Description 
Modeling System, Modifier Dictionary Guidelines System, Materials   Cataloging  
System   and   Account   to   Account  Transfer System.

These  Systems  were  developed  as  an  additional  application  list 
subsystems   to ASI/P&MM package to support Materials Management System of Saudi 
Electricity, using Command Level COBOL/ BATCH  & CICS Programming.

Responsible for the Systems and Users Documentations for the In-house
developed/maintenance systems. Also responsible for the batch processing problems
during the night (On-call, 7/24).

I am proficient in TSO,ISPF/PDF,COBOL, Easytrieve, VS Cobol-II, MVS/ESA,
CICS,IBM Utilities, Expditer/CICS/TSO, JCL (OS & DOS), Syncsort, IDCAMS/VSAM
